We will monitor the weather conditions and confirm your flight 48-24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
We will send you the exact location via WhatsApp or email 24-48 hours before the flight. This will be the starting point of the activity and where you can park your vehicle.
We have all the balloon baskets equipped with a door to provide easy access for people with reduced mobility. We also offer an adapted balloon flight experience (link!) for individuals with physical disabilities or reduced mobility.

Flying in a hot air balloon is a very calm, relaxing, and stable activity.
However, we advise that children under the age of 3 do not fly. Pregnant women are also not allowed to fly.
All seasons have their own unique charm. You can fly in a hot air balloon, whether it’s spring, summer, autumn, or winter. Each season offers different landscapes, and they are all fantastic.
Primarily, you should wear comfortable and season-appropriate clothing. It is important to wear good footwear, such as sneakers or hiking boots, in other words, comfortable shoes.
If you are unsure about the temperature, we can assure you that it will be the same during the flight as it is on the ground.
Companions can watch the balloon assembly and they can stay to have breakfast with us after the flight.

Once you have chosen the type of flight, you need to select a date. If it is a gift, you can choose the date later.
You can either pay the full amount or make a deposit by bank transfer or credit card. If you choose to make a deposit, the remaining amount must be paid on the same day of the flight, and you can do so by transfer or Bizum.
